The demand for functionalities or data access options differs greatly from company to company. For this reason, we offer InfoZoom in different product variants:
InfoZoom Professional
InfoZoom Professional is a high-end solution with a full range of functions for power users. You can directly access databases that are addressed using ODBC or OLE DB and define detailed authorization profiles to guarantee the security of your data. You can also use modules such as a report designer and an OLE DB provider for InfoZoom. You can also define parameters for InfoZoom Professional using command lines.
InfoZoom Business
InfoZoom Business is the new product variant that is designed for intensive business use and can be used to produce sophisticated analyses in all business areas. InfoZoom Business contains all the core functions necessary to visualize, research, and analyze data. It also contains integrated modules (report, spreadsheet, diagram) that you can use to report analysis results in a simplified manner. The maximum possible data quantity is restricted only by the amount of RAM installed on your computer. Excel tables and ADCII files are typical data sources, though you can also directly access cubes from the Analysis Services in the Microsoft SQL Server. InfoZoom Business is an ideal client solution for third-party systems that, using InfoZoom SDK, have integrated an appropriate interface for InfoZoom in your application.
InfoZoom Explorer
The InfoZoom Explorer is the cost-efficient variant that combines the functions most often used. In addition to InfoZoom files, you can also import data from other sources (Excel, ASCII) and display and research this data very easily. Using suitable analysis templates, you can use and extend defined analysis groups as you wish. All the above reporting modules can be used to store results. InfoZoom Explorer is an ideal solution for users who can access other users' detailed analysis scenarios or who mainly have to research large volumes of data.
InfoZoom Viewer
InfoZoom Viewer is a free, read-only variant that can be installed on any
computer without a license (cf. Adobe Acrobat Reader or Microsoft Viewer
for various Office applications). InfoZoom Viewer is particularly suitable
for distributing information within your company, meaning that you can
forward it to third parties together with your data. InfoZoom Viewer reads
all InfoZoom formats generated with other product variants and uses the
elements in the file to display, research, and analyze your data. InfoZoom
Viewer is available for Download
free of charge.
InfoZoom JApp
InfoZoom JApp is a Java Applet that is used mainly on the Internet or in an intranet. InfoZoom JApp can be integrated in software products that have been developed with Java.
InfoZoom JApp, like the InfoZoom Viewer, is a read-only variant and is used to distribute information (in the company or on the Internet, for example). InfoZoom JApp reads tables that are generated with other InfoZoom product variants, but can also be supplied with data directly from an external source, using a script.
InfoZoom JApp allows you to display and analyze tables, such as catalog data, performance data, key figures, and so forth as well as to print research data, according to the characteristics and functions stored together in an InfoZoom file.

InfoZoom SDK
The InfoZoom Software Development Kit (SDK) is used to integrate InfoZoom or implement an InfoZoom interface in other applications. You can therefore make use of the advantages of InfoZoom with regard to the presentation, drilldown, and analysis of large volumes of data in other applications.
InfoZoom SDK provides a standardized COM/ActiveX interface that allows programming in Visual Basic, Visual C++, etc, as well as script languages. The interface can be used as a com server without a graphical interface to define InfoZoom tables and to transfer data (import/export). InfoZoom can also be embedded as an ActiveX control in the graphical interface of another application.
