We offer our partners and customers support services according to our current support agreement. The use of all services is only possible by providing the policy number.

InfoZoom help desk

The hotline / help desk setup is a contact point for users who are prevented from the regular use of InfoZoom due to the sudden occurrence of technical problems or who cannot solve a complex problem despite reading the instructions for use.

Contact the help desk via:
  1. Recording the problem and receiving a later response via phone or e-mail. The answer is submitted within a time frame that is suitable for the nature of the problem and agreed upon by the customer.

  2. Direct phone support or information
    If the solution to a problem is only possible by accessing the source code, humanIT will attempt a solution to the problem and make it available to the customer. A permanent, appropriate solution to the problem will be made available later as a patch or service release.
